TEFL publishers' websites

If you’re looking for ways to adapt and supplement your course book, the websites created by the ELT publishers are a very useful source of ideas. Most of the large publishers maintain a microsite for each of their major courses, providing online activities or downloadable materials to complement what’s in the book.

Vacancies for ELT materials writers

Due to continuing expansion, we again have more new vacancies in Athens for writers of English Language Teaching materials to start in September.

Job Description

This position is with Greece’s leading publisher of ELT materials located in Athens, Greece. Hours of work are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday or may also be part-time if preferred. Duties include writing / editing /sub-editing of English Language Teaching materials for a publishing company in Athens, Greece.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a degree and speak English as their first language. Candidates with a degree in English Literature or similar will be preferred, but any degree will be considered. Experience of ELT materials creation is preferred but not required. For citizens of the UK, Ireland or any other EU country, visas are not required.

Remuneration

A competitive salary is offered depending on qualifications and experience. Furnished accommodation may be provided if required.
